I have been working with Bethany for 12 years. My goals has been to slow the aging process. At 77 years, I'm still horseback riding, camping & hiking, plus carrying and lifting grandkids.

Riding includes more than sitting on the horse. I have to hoist the saddle on top of the horse, and pick up their feet to clean. Camping involves hooking up the camper, attaching water hose, leveling, etc. Lastly, Hiking requires alot of balance.

Could share so much more, but training with Bethany has become incredibly important for me to maintaining an active life!

In the 9 years she has been my trainer, she has tailored my training to whatever my needs were at that time. Whether I was trying to maintain overall fitness, preparing for ski season or recovering from surgeries, she focused my workouts to those ends. I was especially impressed by the research she did for my rehab from those surgeries and because of our training - I was able to recover much faster than I would have been able to without her.

Bethany is really good at tailoring the program. I always knew I needed to take exercise seriously for health reasons, but I can’t continue because either it’s too boring or too hard. She has made it easy to start a program, and then adds fun elements to help me keep going even when I don't like it. I have stuck with her program for since September of 2023 & with my scoliosis, my back has less pain and my sleep quality has improved. Thank you Bethany!

I have been training with Bethany since 2012. I wanted to get moving and not just stay sedentary. I have seen remarkable changes with my body and now in my 40's, and still feel my best when working out with her. She doesn't just tell me what exercises to do, she walks me through them as well. Bethany takes fitness seriously enough to incorporate into her own life even while maintaining a growing family and understands priorities and managing her time.

Through the years my schedule and availability has changed but Bethany has been great to work with me when I'm able. I've also taken breaks due to life situations but I always come right back to her. I can find any trainer, but I won't find a compassionate, understanding and confidant trainer like her.

As time passes and my body alters, she helps me still feel capable that I can accomplish my goals and have an active and healthy lifestyle!
